Futures Forum Wednesday March 24th
The Futures Forum this Wednesday, March 24, looks like it is going to be really interesting. It is a joint event between NEOSA and REI@Weatherhead. The subject is technology trends and how they play into the future of Northeast Ohio. Once again, Jim Cookinham and REI have assembled a world-class panel:
Moderated by:
Dr Luis Proenza, President, The University of Akron
Panelists:
Manuel Glynias - Founder, NetGenics, Inc
Lev Gonick - CIO, Case Western Reserve University
Scott Rickert - President, Nanofilm Ltd
John Soat - Executive Editor, InformationWeek
Sponsor:
Britton-Gallagher & Associates
We're really fortunate to have outstanding people like these here in Northeast Ohio. For instance, did you know Nanofilm was named one of the Top Ten nanotechnology products by Forbes Magazine?
The event's going to be at the Peter B. Lewis Building at Case Western. I just got off the phone a few minutes ago with Mike Gesing (Smartcoast.com) who told me he was attending and said "the building alone is worth the trip." So if you haven't seen it, this is your chance.
Register here. I'm going!
